Terms of Service

General commissions are currently closed at this time.
However I do open for In-Stream commissions during my main scheduled streams. For information on those check in the "streams section" of my page.
All of my work is usually done on a 5000px canvas but this can vary based on final product and commissioners can expect both a high-res (usually full 5k px) and a lower res version at 40%.All prices shown are in USD $ and can change based on how complex the subject matter is. This will be discussed during the quote phase of obtaining a commission.

Anyone under the age of 13 is forbidden to contact me for any commission work.
Anyone under the age of 18 is forbidden to contact me for any commission involving ANY nudity or sexual content. By contacting me for any NSFW commission, you are expressly agreeing that you are over 18 years of age. Additionally, anyone under the age of 18 is forbidden to visit, interact with, or transmit my NSFW work and accounts in any way.
The artist reserves the right to ask for proof of age or terminate client interaction if at any point there is reason to suspect that a client under the age of 18 has attempted to purchase NSFW art.

Payment method

As mentioned all prices are shown in USD $ and are paid through paypal. If paypal isn't a viable option we can discuss other methods of payment such as square, cashapp, etc.
Please be mindful of conversion rates and any fees when sending payments.
All payments are to be made up front before any work is started on the commission.

Payment Plans

All payments are required 100% upfront at the time of accepting the commission.
There are some payment plans available however!
-Any quote for more than $150 is available for a 2 payment plan.
^{50% is required upon accepting the commission, once I begin that 50% is non-refundable. No work will continue once a sketch is ready for said commission until the remaining 50% is received.}

Edits and Corrections

Wips can be provided at the commissioners request.
Corrections are mostly expected to be fixed during the sketch stage. Most minor corrections are made on request, however larger corrections, corrections at commissioners fault, or complete re sketches will incur additional fees.
^{-these corrections include repositioning limbs, things that were on reference images provided but are being requested to be changed by the commissioner, and literal start from blank resketching.}
Any error(s) that were my own mistake will be fixed during the discussion on how to fix said error(s).

STREAMS

Streams usually take place on the following days
Monday - 3pm EST - 12am EST
Wednesday - 3pm EST - 12am EST

Streams actual times and dates can vary
I usually do not stream on national holidays or my birthday but usually try to stream either a couple days before it or after the specific days}

Mondays - 3pm EST - 12am EST

-These streams are the open Commission proposal form streams. I will have a public commission forms link that I will post into chat, during this stream you can submit your commission while filling out all the prompts. I'll take a few moments to look through them and select one at a time and if you are selected, as long as you are present, I'll @ you in chat, and either you can get a hold of me via twitter, telegram, or discord where we will go over details of the commission, clear up anything that might be vague or anything I might not have a clear understanding of, make sure the details overall are good to go. From there payment will be totaled based on what you want and as long as you accept the amount I'll request an email i can invoice via Paypal. ^{(if paypal isn't viable please see the payments section or get a hold of me)}

Refunds & Kill policy

_{A commissioner may cancel at any time during the commission process, however, depending on how much progress has been complete will determine any refund or kill fees.
As such any progress up to a sketch can be refunded, however after a sketch has been established a refund can be processed minus the cost of a sketch.
once the inking and flat stages have begun, if a refund is being requested, then the cost of the sketch and 20% of the total cost will be deducted as a kill processing fee.
if a partial payment has been made as part of a payment plan then the cost of the sketch will be removed and a fee of 20% will also be deducted from that amount, the remainder will be refunded.}

Adoptions/Auctions

MAIN TERMS
-Bids from Empty accounts or accounts that seem suspicious- FOR ADOPTS: Bidding ends 24 hours after last bid when the end date is reached
- FOR AUCTIONS: Bidding ends on the end date/time, Bidding closes after 30 minutes, if a bid is made within that time the time is extended by 15 minutes until 30 minutes passes with no bids
-Credit when posting the design is not required---------------PAYMENT-All Prices are in USD-All payment expected within 48hrs of the auction being ending.-Payment will be collected through Paypal unless otherwise discussed
(stripe, venmo, etc)
-if you remove your bid or cannot complete the process if you win, then you will be blacklisted from future auctions. (exceptions may apply)
-All auctions are final.
Purchaser Rights
-Upon payment purchaser will receive an unwatermarked png of the design in a High res and lower res versions (high res tends to be 5000px4000px while low is 40%)-Buyer may use their art for noncommercial projects. The design may only be used for commercial projects after discussing it with me.- In the event of any unauthorized chargebacks you lose any rights to the adoptable, I (the artist) reserve the right to resell them at my discresion. Additionally, you will be blacklisted from all further interaction on all platforms--------------FOR ADOPTS: Clients can edit the design as they want.-The design may not be resold. Rights for the design can not be transferred without discussion.- Artist reserves the right to refuse selling a design to anyone for any reason.-Artist reserves the right to post the design on social media/Substar/etc. As well as display within their portfolio, for non commercial purposes, any commercial purposes must be discussed with the buyer first.

Final Notes:

I will retain full rights to all work produced unless otherwise agreed upon explicitly and fully paid for in a drafted and signed contract.
The commissioner may use their commissioned art for personal use and can not use any commissioned art for any commercial or professional use unless specifically discussed upon between me and the commissioner.
I do not claim any ownership of any character or intellectual property depicted in my work unless stated otherwise. I do retain full rights to all images produced and may showcase art produced online or elsewhere. I may use the images in portfolios, sketchbook collections, examples and other forms of self-promotion. I may sell images in mass art collections with the commissioners permission. I will not sell prints or any other merchandise of individual pieces depicting a commissioners specific character or intellectual property without the commissioner's specific permission.
If a commissioner wishes to remain anonymous then that and a following "hush" fee will be discussed.My artwork created is to not be altered/edited without explicit permission, and can not be reposted without credit to me. As such the like can not be done without credit and a person can not claim my art work done as their own.
Signitures, watermarks, and the like, if present, are to not be removed, erased, cropped out, or shrunk/edited to be too small to be easily read. If an image must be cropped or shrunk for use in a profile, avatar, background, or the like then credit must be listed somewhere in a readable font. (i.e. Profile pictures, or PfP, credit can be given in a bio or pinned tweet.
